    About Court House Rental Inc.

    Rental Policies

    The following policies, terms and conditions are generalized, the terms and conditions

    on the contract take precedence over the following. Please see the contract or ask us

    for a copy of the terms and conditions which you will be signing.


    Hour Meter Time Basis Rates

    Court House Rental adopts the general practice in the industry to base rates

    upon one shift of 8 hours, 40 hours per week. Overtime for double or triple

    shifts will be charged accordingly. Rent starts at the time of delivery to carrier or driver.

    Renter shall not assign, rent or transfer his interest without prior written consent of Court House

    Rental. Unless other arrangements are made in advance, rent stops upon

    return to place of original delivery, EXCEPT if equipment is returned in damaged condition,

    then rent stops when equipment is repaired and available for another rental.

    Notice of discontinuance of use or notice of trouble must be made by renter

    to Court House Rental.


    What Constitutes a Rental Period?

    DAILY RATES = 24 Hours

    WEEKEND RATES: Out Saturday before 1:00 pm and return Monday

    by 8:30 am = 1 day rate (8 hour running time)

    WEEK = 7 days

    MONTH - Same day of the following month (ex. 12th to 12th)

    NO FREE TIME: We charge for all time out, including Saturday, Sunday and

    holidays. Save money by returning equipment promptly.


    Delivery & Pick Up

    We will deliver anywhere in the area. Rates vary according to location. Call

    or see our website for rates.


    Tires & Tracks

    Customer is responsible for all flat tires, tire damage and track damage.


    Payment

    We accept cash, personal checks and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa,

    Discover and American Express).


    Cleaning Fees

    A cleaning fee will be charged for all equipment requiring excessive cleaning.

    This will be at the discretion of Court House Rental.


    Deposits

    A deposit is taken in advance for the time period the

    customer anticipates using the equipment.


    Identification

    We require a valid Ohio Driver’s License from the person signing the rental

    contract. Ohio vehicle license plates are also required. For those located

    outside our normal service area, additional information will be required. You

    must be 18 years of age to rent equipment and sign a contract.


    Damage Waiver

    Damage Waiver waives 80%of the first $5,000 of accidental damage to our equipment.

    It DOES NOT waive any ABUSE, MISUSE, NEGLIGENCE, NEGLECT OR THEFT of our

    equipment. The charge for damage waiver will be 15% of the rental. Damage waiver

    is not optional and is added to all contracts, unless a certificate of insurance is issued to us.


    Terms

    For accounts applied for and approved Net 30 days. A charge of 2% per month

    will be assessed against past due accounts.


    Problems?

    If you have a problem with the equipment, contact us immediately or you will be

    charged for the total time out.


    REMEMBER:

    Equipment rental rates are based on “TIME OUT” not “TIME USED”.

    Rates and equipment subject to change without notice.


    Hours

    Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

    Saturday 7:30 am - 1:00 pm

    Closed Sundays and some Holidays


    Fuel

    All equipment is sent out with full fuel tanks. Customer is responsible

    for using the proper fuel and ALL fuel used.


    Ownership Rights

    Title to the equipment shall remain in Court House Rental. If requested, the

    customer is to give the location of the equipment, and Court House Rental

    shall have the privilege of peacefully entering any place where the machine

    is located for the purpose of inspection or the removal for breach of contract.

    The renter shall provide all normal preventive maintenance. The renter

    agrees to return said machine to Court House Rental at the end of the rental

    period in good working condition with the exception of normal wear and tear.
